Welcome to the blog “Schrebergaertners Rache - Man at work”!
The basic idea of this blog is to share some science that I’m doing with good old E. coli. Since a lot of OpenWetWare is about protocols I want to start out with writing down my experiences with a to me new method. I set up a page describing the background of this project.
As you can see I’ve chosen something not to complex for the beginning to see how things go. My plan is to link this blog to relevant pages of my lab notebook (which I did not started yet) to provide a real life report of transforming a written protocol into breathtaking results. If everything works out I hope to add a new protocol to the OWW p
age (http://openwetware.org/wiki/Protocols) supplemented with some personal experiences.
To increase blog attraction I’ll include some details about a topic that everybody enjoys and gets something out of: herbs! This allows me for example to include nice pictures as the one shown beside.
So, if you want to have a guess what herb is shown on the picture, please leave a comment.
If you want to have a guess what the title of this blog is about, please leave a comment.
If you have any other comment on my post, please leave it below.
Cheers, Torsten
PS: Poor english in this blog is not due to lack of intelligence of the blogger but to the fact that I was born and raised outside Great Britain.
